GCERTI Costa Rica Team has completed its internal audit and on-site assessment. In line with IAF MD 23 requirements, the review comprehensively examined the auditor qualification management system, certification record-keeping practices, and client service processes, confirming that operations meet the head office's quality management system standards. We will continue to conduct regular internal audits and on-site assessments to maintain consistent certification quality across our global franchise network.
